Nigel is an experienced leader with an impressive record of results across the insurance vSME sector. Having worked in insurance since 1987, Nigel’s passion, drive and investment in both people and processes have contributed to the success and performance he has achieved throughout his career.

Martin Spackman

Head of Operations

Martin has worked in the insurance industry since 1999 with experience within brokers, insurers and overseeing binder management. Martin heads up all things operations, ensuring that our processes are seamless and efficient for both our Broker Club members and our insurer partners. He holds a Diploma from the Chartered Management Institute, along with a Cert CII qualification.

Katie Filer

Broker Development Executive

Katie is Cert CII qualified and has worked in the insurance industry since 2010. Her experience encompasses all classes of commercial insurance, from both a retail and wholesale broking perspective, allowing her to provide expert support to our Broker Club partners.
